Classroom  Management Techniques 

Observation No. 3

The classrooms of fourth and fifth grade are in lines the first part of the class. When the teacher explains the students are in lines for mandatory of the school and for a better concentration and learning of topic. 

Also the teacher creates activities for doing in pairs and groups depending of the activity and the difficulty of the topic. Some cases the students go out the classroom depending of activity for example in games, readings and sentences. In some opportunities when the students are undisciplined they work individual and in the classroom.

The teacher catch the attention of students staying in silent or saying the name of the student and doing a question about the last words that she says.
When a student has a bad behavior the teacher call him and she do a question about the behavior or ask him if the class isn’t important for him, the intention is that the student recognize as is his behavior and change the attitude.

When happen something unusual related with the topic or the discipline the teacher stop the class and speak with they for clarify the doubts or do a reflection about the situation that happen generate a dialogue and listening to the ideas that students have.  

In some cases when the teacher call the atention to same student she do a observation in the observator book.
